Faith-Based Counseling Services
Diane uses a blended, collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each client's unique needs. She works with clients to uncover and process past wounds-even those without clear memories-helping them move beyond feeling stuck.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Diane is a Master ART Practitioner who helps clients process painful thoughts and emotions with powerful, effective results. ART uses guided eye movements or bilateral stimulation to help clients resolve issues such as depression, anxiety, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), among others.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Narrative Therapy
These approaches explore how thoughts and behaviors influence emotions and focus on developing practical strategies for change. By identifying and reframing negative or painful thought patterns within the context of one’s personal story, clients can feel more empowered, hopeful, and emotionally resilient.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps identify the root causes of emotional responses, behavioral patterns, and triggers. This model recognizes that we all have distinct internal “parts.” By understanding these roles, clients can develop healthier coping strategies and respond more effectively to triggering situations.
Addiction Recovery Expertise
As a former Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Diane brings extensive experience in supporting individuals and families through substance addiction recovery.
